2009.01.04  Saturday Breakfast at The Junction - The first for 2009
Start 2009 by looking at the previous years photo's and newsletters.
I'm taking off for a couple of weeks to do other things. If someone sends something in I'll post it otherwise wait til Feb for updates. ~hn

Last Saturday, 12/27, at the sometimes weekly breakfast, Mark & Yvonne let us in on the good news. Only thing missing is the gold band which Mark said is coming soon.  He also needs to calm his mom down because he didn't tell her beforehand.

Jumping over to the Joint we spent some time with LC & Brenda.

Let's see who shows up on the first Saturday in 2009 at the Junction.

Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night...

Something very similar to this was found under my tree - OK so I got it a couple of weeks ago. It's in the garage now - What did you get?

You may have noticed that the News page is not being updated - Well that's because everything is being kept on the front page.
Well, OK it's really because I'm tired of moving text around on evenings and weekends - I'd rather be riding or tweaking the bike.
One thing that would help a lot is for a few people putting together some ride reports or stories to fill the blank spaces on this site.

Everyone - Listen up (yes, you)  --  How about we start something just a bit different:
Road Captains should still submit a ride report detailing the route, anything you feel would be noteworthy for your ride and maybe a few words of why you chose this route and destination.
Now for the interesting part: Would someone (or two or three) on the rides send in a paragraph or three on what you saw on the ride, your views and/or opinion & maybe a picture or two. It doesn't seem fair to leave this up to the Road Captains all of the time. This is especially true if the ride was really good - most people have a hard time 'blowing their own horn' to tell everyone how good 'their' ride was. Lets show our appreciation of the Road Captains efforts by putting a little effort forth to let them know we appreciate the work that goes into leading a good ride...
