Do not totally rely on the web site for ride destination information.
The map to where the ride is going will always be posted at The Junction on the board
just inside the middle door. It is the Road Captains responsibility to place a copy there and the riders responsibility to read/memorize it/copy it but most of all to leave it there.

The Secretary for 2010 is Claire

The Secretary coordinates ride scheduling, maintains ride sign-in sheets and enters this data into our database for ride counts & other things.
The Secretary also takes meeting notes at all of the WBMC meetings.
Road Captains - Help out by turning in the sign-in sheets ASAP.
Road Captains / Anyone / Everyone - Please submit some write-ups we can use for a ride report.  If you want it posted on the web site then send it to the webmaster and to the editor if you only want it in the newsletter.  If you want it in both send to the webmaster and the editor.
Future RC's - Have your destination figured out when you sign up or soon afterwards and inform the Secretary for inclusion in the schedule.

Let the Secretary know if you want to sign up for a ride.

Having Problems getting or printing the ride schedule? - drop a note to the webmaster with a detailed description of what you are seeing on the paper along with what button you pushed. Don't forget to include the computer operating system, browser and printer you're using

Printing tips: For the database stuff use the printer icon at the top left of the PDF page. For other displays use the File; Print options (or Page Setup) - set margins to 0 (zero) or select 'Fit to paper width' or Scale to fit. One or another of these should get you a good copy.   ~hn
